Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Claude Conductor npm package ("Software") provided by Super Basic Studio, LLC ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Claude Conductor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
Claude Conductor is licensed under the MIT License. This means:
- You can use the Software for any purpose, including commercial applications
- You can modify, distribute, and sublicense the Software
- You must include the original copyright notice and license in any copies
- The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
3. Use of the Software
You may use Claude Conductor to:
- Generate documentation for your software projects
- Analyze your codebase structure
- Create templates for use with Claude Code AI assistant
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Software for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to exploit or harm the Software or its users
- Misrepresent the origin or ownership of the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices from the Software
4. Privacy
Claude Conductor does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All operations are performed locally on your machine. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Software will meet your requirements
- The Software will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the Software will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Software will be corrected
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPER BASIC STUDIO, LLC OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Super Basic Studio, LLC and its contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.
8. Open Source Dependencies
Claude Conductor uses various open source dependencies, each with their own licenses. You are responsible for complying with the licenses of any dependencies when using the Software.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to our GitHub repository with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Software after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by ceasing all use of the Software and destroying all copies. We may terminate your rights under these Terms if you fail to comply with any of its provisions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the MIT License and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Super Basic Studio, LLC regarding Claude Conductor.

14. Severability
